Kendall supports ArentFox Schiff clients on corporate transactional and operational matters.

Kendall’s practice focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities offerings, entity formation and reorganization, and commercial transactions. In addition to her Juris Doctor, Kendall holds a Global Master of Business Administration degree, which she uses to support clients’ business objectives.

Kendall began her career as a summer associate at ArentFox Schiff. Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Kendall was a litigation summer associate at a Dallas law firm, where she gained experience in commercial litigation. While in business school, Kendall was a junior financial analyst in the retail group at a large real estate brokerage firm.

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Kendall enjoys hiking, travelling, trying new restaurants, and rooting for the Alabama Crimson Tide. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i, Kendall takes every opportunity to be by the ocean.
