Jasmine K. Dela Luna is a Senior Associate in ArentFox Schiff’s Complex Litigation group, where she represents clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on insurance and reinsurance disputes. Her practice includes preparing substantive briefs and dispositive motions, managing large-scale discovery, and developing case strategy through all phases of litigation and arbitration. Jasmine has conducted oral advocacy, taken and defended depositions, and examined witnesses, helping clients achieve favorable outcomes in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings.

Previous Work

  • Stephen Kyle Martinez v. Dr. Merrill Zhatz et al., N.D. Ill., Case No: 3:21-cv-50118. Jasmine won a Pavey hearing in federal court, thwarting Defendants’ motion to dismiss on the basis of her client’s alleged failure to exhaust administrative remedies.
  • Assisted in successfully gaining relief under the Convention against Torture for a detained migrant.

As a Chicago native, Jasmine strives to invest in her city through pro bono legal and community service.
