Grant Everly Portrait

Grant is a dedicated advocate who approaches complex legal issues from a deeply human and analytical perspective. He first came to ArentFox Schiff as a summer associate.

Prior to working with ArentFox Schiff, Grant worked as a monitoring and evaluation consultant for International Justice Mission’s (IJM) Dominican Republic program, which focused on public justice system reform to combat child sex trafficking. At IJM, Grant was part of a team that achieved a 78% reduction in commercial sexual exploitation of children in the Dominican Republic over an eight-year period. Grant also has qualitative research experience with US prisons and migrant detention in the Americas. While completing a dual degree in law and social work, Grant served as a clinical student intern with the Marjorie Kovler Center, where he conducted individual and group trauma therapy with Spanish-speaking youth. In law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael B. Hyman of the Illinois Appellate Court.
